Invitation reaches much further than its two predecessors toward defining his melody-rich, modern rock sound and his thoughtful yet accessible songwriting that spans the spiritual, the relational and the introspective. These ten songs produced by Atlanta-based alt. soul maverick Micah Dalton, and featuring the sparkling musicianship of drummer Chad Kinner (John McLaughlin), bassist Tim Gibson (Louie Giglio/722), keyboard player Ben Shive (Dave Barnes, Matt Wertz) and others are an open door, beckoning the listener to be moved by sonic swells, passion and unabashed soul-bearing.

Ok, so we figured it might be a little hard to pack all of ya'll into the studio each day to see what was going on, but that doesn't mean you'll be left out on the fun!

Starting Monday, March 12, we'll be posting clips from each day at the studio on the myspace page. So check back in daily to see what went on in the studio the previous day!

Paul To Record New Album with Rebuilt Records
In some great news, I've officially signed on with Rebuilt Records for my next album. Here's their official statement:

ATHENS, GA - Local independent nonprofit record label Rebuilt Records is pleased to officially announce that Paul Reeves has joined its artist roster and will begin recording his debut Rebuilt album this May. Producer/engineer Stephen Gause will be guiding the project, tentatively titled Winter's Over, at his Invertigo Studios in Nashville, TN. Slated for a release in late 2008/early 2009, the album follows up the successful pop/rock Invitation and will be his fourth full-length album.

In the days ahead, I'll be giving you some "behind the scenes" glimpses into these new songs and maybe some fun tidbits here and there. This is an exciting time, and I cannot wait to share these new songs with you - I think they're the best I've ever written!

Thanks again for your support - Paul
